OwlEssayWriting is a research platform where clients can order writing services, including dissertations, research papers, essay papers, and other such services. The dissertations, research papers, essay papers, and other such services (hereinafter referred to as Product) are developed by freelance Writers. Our service guarantees that Product is delivered to customer when the Order has been fully paid for and all necessary information for the completion of Order has been provided.

Caveat: Note that by using the Website, checking the terms and conditions box, or through any other means, you agree to the Terms and Conditions provided on this page. If you do not agree to them, you should not use the site or access the Products and services it offers. There is no guarantee given to Customer who violates the Terms and Conditions offered on this page.

  1. Definition of Term

Agreement: This refers to the Terms and Conditions given on this page.

“Company”, “We”, “Service”: This refers to the entity that offers independent research and writing services to clients according to the terms and conditions laid out in this agreement.

Writer: This is the person that agrees to work with the Company on freelance basis to offer research and writing services under the terms of the Company.

Client: This is the person that places an Order with Company to get the product according to his/her specific requirements and managed under the terms of the Company.

Order: This is an electronic request of paid service from the client for a specific Product or service.

Order Status: This defines the progress of an Order on a specific stage.

Product: This is the document in an electronic format, which is the final output of the Order completion.

Product Revision: This refers to the edited version of the original Product that was ordered by client.

Quality Assurance Department: This is the part of the organizational structure of the Company that evaluates and guards the quality of service and Product offered by the Company.

Support Team: Also referred to as “Support”, is the part of the organizational structure of the Company that coordinate and assist in the Order processing.

Verification Process: This is the procedure needed from client to confirm his/her billing identity to prevent any form of fraud.

Messaging System: This is an interactive function that guarantees that communication between client and writer/support is seamless.

Store Credit: This refers to the money account of the client in the Company.

  1. Nature of Products & Usage Terms

The Company provides writing service that is completed by expert freelance writers. The Company delivers Product as it is and client uses the same at his/her own risk. Product provided by the Company is designed for reference/research purposes only. The Company will not be liable for the failure of client to use the Product appropriately neither the inappropriate usage of the research content.

  1. Order Placements and Processing

Order Placements: When a client places an order, he/she is required to provide the correct phone number and valid email address through which they can be reached. The Company shall not be responsible for delay in order or quality issues relating to order due to incorrect contact information given by client which makes it impossible to get through to him/her.

Instructions: Client is required to give precise and concise instructions. In the case there is a need for additional instructions to complete an Order; the client is responsible for providing the necessary instruction. At the completion of the Order, request for revision will only be based on the original description and requirements of Order. Additional changes will be considered as “editing”, which is an additional service. The Company will not provide this service for free.

Information Sources: The Writer can use any relevant available sources to complete the Order request, including online publications, journals, interviews, and newspapers, except client mentions specific sources to be use or not to be used. If client requires specific sources that are important for the Order completion, the client is expected to provide the information alongside the instructions.

Wrong Placement of Order: The Company has the right not to process or resubmit the Order of Customer if the details are inconsistent or do not match the original description of Order. Failure to provide accurate description or selecting wrong Product, Writer level, or request for deadline extension may attract additional fees.

Academic Level Requirement: The client is responsible for choosing the right academic level that fits the assignment requirements at the point of placing the Order. If the client makes an error in the process of placing the Order, the client should contact the Support Team for assistance immediately. The Company will not be responsible for any quality issue or otherwise that occur if client does not notify Support on time.

Messaging System: The Messaging System is a convenient and easy way to communicate. The client is required to check messages for updates from Writer or Support Team. The client must also immediately address concerns, questions, or provide additional instructions using the messaging system.

Product type, and the fact that orders are delivered through electronic means, no handwritten signature is needed for proof of delivery. However, the client must pass the Secure Verification Process on each of client’s payment.

  1. Termination

The Company reserves the sole right to cancel or terminate any paid Order at its sole discretion if there is lack of communication or cooperation from client’s side that affects the completion for order or the Company suspects that the client may be engaged in any fraudulent activity. No reimbursement is guaranteed in such circumstances.

  1. Revision Policy

The Company offers free revision as an add-on service to ensure the absolute satisfaction of client at the completion of their order. To receive the free revision, the client is required to provide the request within a period of 14 days from the first completion date of Product and 30 days for dissertation, research proposal, thesis, dissertation chapters writing, thesis proposal, or any other significantly large assignment. In the case that client misses the policy deadline for free revision, the client may still request for revision but at an additional fee.

  1. Plagiarism Policy

The client can request for Plagiarism Report service in addition to the Order for an additional fee. If requested, the Company will provide a plagiarism report copy for the Product delivered.

The order may contain a minimal percentage of plagiarism. However, the company is consistently working on improving the quality of work but due to the nature of work of freelance, the Company cannot guarantee the Product is delivered 100% plagiarism free.

  1. Product Delivery Satisfaction

The ordered Product is designed to be completed based on the initial instructions and requirements of client.

The Company cannot and does not guarantee that any writing services like proofreading, editing, and formatting services will be free of plagiarism. Papers and other academic materials not provided by the Company will not be reviewed or scanned for possible plagiarism issues.

All cancellations requests and refunds should be expressed and communicated in writing by emailing the Support Team or using the Order Messaging System. In the very rare case that the client is unsatisfied with the Order delivered after the specified deadline, the client may request for a free revision of order. The approval or rejection of the request is at the sole discretion of the Company.

  1. Promotional Materials

The Company reserves the express right to contact clients by email as regards new services, special offers, discounts, or any other information that are deemed useful for the client.

The client consents to receive emails and other types of electronic communications including but not limited to SMS, email, and push notifications from the Company or other third party allowed by the Company.

The client absolutely waives any action against the Company for receiving any form of electronic communications from the Company for advertising, promotions, and other information purposes.

  1. Waiver of Breach

No waiver of any breach of this Agreement by Company shall be deemed to be a waiver for subsequent or any other breach. All remedies provided in this Agreement shall be construed and treated as cumulative, in addition to other remedy provided by law or herein.

The decision of the Company not to insist on strict performance of any of the Agreement in this Terms and Conditions shall be deemed a waiver of the remedies or rights that the Company may have as it relates to that specific circumstance only  and shall not be construed as a waiver for subsequent breach.

  1. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend, revise, modify, or otherwise change any part or all provisions of this Agreement. The client expressly agrees to be bound by such subsequent modification, revision, amendment, or changes as mentioned herein, by the continued use of the services offered by the Company. It shall be the responsibility of the client to review this terms and conditions from time to time.

  1. Severability

It is understood and consented to by the client that if any part, provision, or term of this Agreement is held by courts to be in conflict with any law of the state where it is made or deemed illegal, the validity of the remaining provisions or portions shall not be affected and the rights and obligations of the client shall be enforced as if the Agreement did not contain the specific part, provision, or term held to be illegal or invalid.
